  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Products must be in their original condition, including all tags, packaging, and accessories.
  • Returns are applicable only for items purchased directly through primehato.com.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Customized items, clearance products, and gift cards are non-refundable.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team via email at info@primehato.com or call (518) 425-6628. Provide your order ID and reason for the return.
  2. Await a confirmation email with return shipping instructions and a return authorization number (RAN).
  3. Package the item securely and include the RAN in the return parcel.
  4. Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect or error on our part.


3. Refund Policy

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund.

  • Refund Timeline: Refunds are issued within 7 business days after the returned item passes inspection.
  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method.
